Amazing Manager
Amazing Manager is designed to work with people in all walks of management that want to use proven coaching techniques to enhance their workplace environment. The skills of coaching will be blended with an individual’s management style creating an open environment to enhance productivity. The overriding theme will be connecting for transformation.
Training will again occur over eight-session specifically timed over eight weeks. The training will be a hybrid of CLDC Part I and Part II. The focus will be on
- Adopting Life Design Coaching techniques to the workplace
- Understanding the difference between managing and coaching people
- Developing the art of conversation in the workplace.
- Working with the coaching tools of connectivity
- Working with structured processes to get transformational results.
