Certified Life Design Coach TM (CLDC) Part I
Part I of Life Design Coaching will deal with the use of models in coaching. Models will be the driving force for developing repeatable processes when working with clients. Connectivity with clients will be covered through a seven-step conversation model and enhancement to that model with state-of-the-art techniques will be presented. The art of focusing on the client and assessing their current status will be the overriding theme of all sessions.
Training will occur over eight sessions and eight weeks.

Certified Life Design Coach TM (CLDC) Part II
Part II of life design coaching will jump start from the focus and assessment theme of Part I to the development of strategy and tactics leading to permanent transformation as the overriding theme for all sessions. Discussion and techniques will be presented to work through obstacles and barriers efficiently. Techniques will be explored to develop strong strategies in line with the client’s goals. Processes for developing tactics in support of those strategies will be discussed. The final part of the course will deal with true accountability leading to lasting transformation for the client.
Training will again occur over eight session specifically timed over eight weeks. Focus will be on:
- Refinement and usage of Part one material
- Working with Barriers
- Working with emotional intelligence
- Working with behavioral intelligence
- Working with connection intelligence
- Developing Strategy and Tactics
- The accountability steps of client and coach
- Practicing in Coaching triads to develop the skills required to move forward
- Completion with Transformation
After Completing Part I and Part II with an accompanying review session you will be Certified as a Life Design Coach TM (CLDC)
