Common Questions

If we choose to work with you what methodology do you follow to get results?

There are many techniques that coaches use but we have found success in using the FAST model

F = focus. We want to spend the appropriate time and resources making sure we are all working towards the same outcome.

A = Asses . We want to be sure we know what tools are in the toolbox and if you know how to use those tools before we proceed.

S = Strategy and Tactics We want to make sure that you adopt the long-term strategies that will support your desired outcome. Then we need to be sure there are the tactics in place that make it assured the strategy will be accomplished. The next step is making sure there is solid accountability to the required results.

T = Transformation When the three pieces (FAS) are aligned then a transformation occurs

Another Technique that follows along with the FAST model is the START model for goal setting:

S=Significant Goals need to be significant, specific, and sizeable

T=Tangible Goals need to be tangible, touchable, and trackable

A=Achievable Goals need to be achievable, attainable, acceptable

R=Relevant Goals need to be relevant, realistic, and reasonable

T=Timeframe Goals need to have a timeframe with specific target dates that are measurable.
