Master Strategy Coach TM
Master Strategy Program is an advanced level training on the implementation of strategies and tactics to successfully conclude at transformation. In depth work will be done on strategies and tactics at all phases of working with clients. A major emphasis will be on developing and analyzing accountability structures and how to successfully use them to jump start transformation. Our program is designed for coaches that have completed a basic certification in coaching and want to move to the next level of support for their clients
Strategy coaching training will be covered over 16 sessions in 16 weeks. The focus will be:
- the tools and techniques to determine a mission/purpose for an individual or company.
- Using the FAST Start models to develop specific Strategies then tied together with Tactics.
- Working through the individual strategies and tactics required to follow a conversation path to the final answer
- Development of an accountability structure that works for you and your client.
